The Vidal winery in Hastings is a major tourist attraction because of its superb brasserie and cellar door. Being privately-owned, Vidal’s has an incredible team culture which has been preserved over many years. Vidal’s commitment to quality is seen in every area of the business and employees are encouraged and trained to be the best they can be in their respective fields.

Current vacancies

We have a number of vacancies at our award winning Winery Restaurant. We pride ourselves in delivering seasonal, sustainable, organic local cuisine, using only the best ingredients. We were a finalist in the Cuisine Restaurant of the Year in 2009 and 2010 and recently received a Cuisine 4-star review rating. In 2011, we were a winner in the formal category of the Regional Signature Dish award.
