Aged wine List

We serve new release wines as well as aged wines. A number of wines are made with the intention to age in the bottle. Over time these wines improve, developing complexity, interest and subtleties not normally seen in their earlier development. In Vidal restaurant we serve a selection of fine wines which we have held back and are available in very limited quantities.
